Program Plan Management Request for Proposal

The Kennebunk Free Library (KFL) seeks proposals for an Owner’s Project Manager to develop a Program Plan as we move forward with optimizing the use of current and future facility spaces. KFL consists of 2 buildings, one of which is currently used for library services. The other is currently rented by a tenant but may also be adapted for library services in the Program Plan. The buildings are located within the Historic Preservation Overlay District in Kennebunk, ME, which will be a consideration in the eventual building design and program use. Accepting proposals beginning August 21, 2025. Proposal submission deadline is October 5, 2025.
